Rekenregels

Volgende rekenregels zijn van toepassing bij de automatische berekening van de score voor dit item :
(1) regels uit de codeerhandleiding.
(2) de hierna vermelde regels, die rekening houden met de specifieke kenmerken van een elektronisch patiëntendossier.

Regel: [D100.R1]
For score D110/4 or D120/4: if the patient is at least five years old, the Aspect *000.S18 is required. If *000.S18 is absent, the score is considered to equal 3.

Regel: [D100.R2]
A patient is considered "nuchter/ajeun" when the State D100.F1 holds during the whole duration of the registration time span, and no Act D100.A1 has taken place during this period.

Regel: [D100.R3]
For score D110/1 or D120/1: it is sufficient that one of the following conditions is true: (1) *000.S14/11 is present; (2) *000.F01 is present; (3) *000.S14/12 is present and also *000.F01 is present

Regel: [D200.R3]
For score D200/*: the presence of a Fact *000.F01 that is LastlyReportedDuring each Act D100.A1 is required. Otherwise, the Act D100.A1 is not counted.

Regel: [D200.R4]
For score D200/*: When an Act D100.A1 starts at time x, all Acts D100.A1 starting within a 1 hour period are not counted.
This rule simply copes with the fact that two type of nutricion that follow each other are to be counted as only one activity (see FAQs).

Regel: [D200.R5]
If Aspect D200.S1 has no other values than 2, and Aspect *000.S14 has value 3, value *000.S14/2 must be assumed.
This rule simply states that D200.S1/2 is not compatible with *000.S14/3 and how to deal with it.
