Règles de calcul

Les règles de calcul suivantes sont d'application avec le calcul automatique du score de cet item :

(2) Les règles mentionnées ci après qui tiennent compte des caractéristiques spécifiques d'un dossier patient électronique.

Rule: [N000.R1]
If the optional Aspect N000.S1 in Fact N000.F1 is absent, its value is by definition considered to be equal to attribute N000.F1/ValidAtOrFrom.
This rule means that, if the sending system cannot exactly specify/export the moment of prelevation, this moment is approximated by the moment of measurement. The rationale behind is that this is usually on the same day. In the case that prelevation and measurement are not on the same day (or on the same registration time span), this leads to underscoring.

Rule: [N000.R2]
If the optional Aspect G300.S1 in Fact N000.F1 is absent, the following values may be assumed (in this order): (1) All Facts N000.F1 are assigned to a registration time span based on the value of Aspect N000.S1. (2) Then all those Facts N000.F1 for which G300.S1 is known, are matched to Acts N000.A1 with the same value for G300.S1. (3) The Facts N000.F1 for which G300.S1 is absent, are then each matched to Acts N000.A1 without matching Fact N000.F1. They are matched in the following order: (3a) Acts N000.A1 with value for G300.S1/0N; (3b) Acts N000.A1 with value for G300.S1/NN; (3c) Acts N000.A1 with value for G300.S1/V; (3d) Acts N000.A1 with value for G300.S1/A; (3e) Acts N000.A1 with value for G300.S1/C
This rule recognizes the fact that it is common that values for N000.S1 and G300.S1 for Fact N000.F1 cannot be automatically provided. In this case, the algorithm still qualifies them for scoring, but uses an underestimation ("safe") approach: the real score cannot be higher than the calculated score.

Rule: [N000.R3]
The score for items N300 is calculated as the minimum of the respective occurrences of (N000.A1 with G300.S1/V) and (N000.F1 with G300.S1/V), where missing values for G300.S1 of Fact N000.F1 are calculated by rule [N000.R2]. The equivalent rule holds for N400, N500. This rule simple translates the coding conditions of the coding manual.

Rule: [N000.R4]
All Acts N000.A1 whose EffectiveExecutionStartDateTime lies in a 1 minutes interval, are considered to have taken place at the same moment and count for one administration. If three administrations of which each two consecutive administrations lie in a 1 minute interval, this also counts for one. Two administrations count for two, if they are separated by at least 1 minute.
This rule simply implements the condition that one or more samples on the same moment count for one.
