Les règles de calcul suivantes sont d'application avec le calcul automatique du score de cet item :
(1) Règles du manuel de codage .
(2) Les règles mentionnées ci après qui tiennent compte des caractéristiques spécifiques d'un dossier patient électronique.

Rule: [L200.R1] A wound must be described
An Act L000.A2, applies only for scoring, if during the registration time span, a Fact L000.F2 is defined for the same wound.

Rule: [L200.R3] A wound must be described - 2
Wrt Fact L000.F2 holds: If L000.S10 equals 51 or 52, then L000.S11 is mandatory.

Rule: [L200.R2] Identification of a wound
For Act L000.A2 and Fact L000.F2, a wound (wonde/plaie) is identified by L000.S3.

Rule: [L200.R4] bandage should be changed every 48 hours
For scoring L100, for a wound of type L000.S10/25: L000.A2 with L200.S1/100 can only be scored if (1) in the preceding 48 hour period, a L000.A2 takes place with L200.S1 one of : A, B, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407 or C; or (2) the wound is not yet 48 hours old. "48 hours" is considered 48 hours extended to include the beginning of the registration time span that contains the starting period of the 48 hours.
