Rule: [STARTSTOP.R1]
Equivalent alternative for start-verify-stop
|
The Aspect Start-verify-stop is introduced with Acts that imply a duration. There are however two alternatives to satisfy the requirement that the duration can be found in the patient record.
(1) the nursing intervention is reported by its sub-Acts; each sub-Act has (through a value for Aspect *000.S19) the notion when this acts took place according to the intervention: (a) at the start, (2) during, or (3) at the end of the intervention.
Then it is assumed that the intervention has a known duration when it has a starting Act and a stopping Act. (2) Alternatively, when the *000.S19 is not present, the Act may have an explicit notion of duration
by reporting its attribute EffectiveExecutionDurationTimestamp.

Both alternative are modelled, because they correspond to the typical two ways how duration can be modelled in a patient record.
